With over 18 years of experience as a butcher, I was always looking for a quicker and easier way to make jerky out of ground meat, game, and fish. With all of the different devices out there to do this, none of them measured up.  So many parts and accessories and never allowing for consistent jerky each time. Not to mention, the cleanup was a nightmare. So I started working on designing my own product.  After many failed attempts and designs, I came up with THE JERKY ROLLER.  It is simple, quick, and easy to use.  No extra parts, easy to clean and best of all it allowed me to make jerky at a consistent thickness so I could perfect the cooking time!  I wasn't happy with the jerky spices that were out on the market either, so I developed my own line of spice blends as well.  Most of the spices and blends were pretty bland and did not enhance the flavor of your meat.  Most just covered up the meat flavor.  With our blends, we worked very hard with many people to perfect that delicate balance between meat flavor and spice enhancement.  We also strive to make our spices healthy and clean.  They contain no fillers, binders, or MSG in ANY of our blends.
